When you make a purchase on GetSetArt, an account is automatically created for you. This account allows you to easily manage your orders, download your purchased products, and update your personal information. Here’s a guide to help you navigate and manage your account.
1. Accessing Your Account
- Step 1: After your purchase, visit My Account
- Step 2: Log in using the email address you provided during your purchase. A password will be sent to your email; use it to access your account. If you haven’t received the email, check your spam folder or request a new password by clicking “Lost your password?”
2. Viewing and Downloading Your Purchases
- Step 1: Once logged in, navigate to the “Orders” section on the dashboard.
- Step 2: Here, you’ll see a list of all your past purchases. Click on the order number to view details.
- Step 3: To download your digital product, click the “Download” button next to the product name. Your guide will be instantly available for download.
3. Updating Your Account Information
- Step 1: Go to the “Account Details” section in the dashboard.
- Step 2: You can update your name, email address, and password here.
- Step 3: After making changes, click “Save Changes” to update your account information.
4. Changing Your Password
- Step 1: If you need to change your password, visit the “Account Details” section.
- Step 2: Enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm it.
- Step 3: Click “Save Changes” to update your password.
5. Logging Out
- Step 1: To log out of your account, simply click on the “Logout” link on the dashboard or at the top of the page.
- Step 2: You will be redirected to the homepage and logged out securely.
6. Troubleshooting Account Issues
- If you encounter any issues accessing or managing your account, try resetting your password by clicking “Lost your password?” on the login page.
